外源NO 对瓶插期间的月季切花中内源激素含量的影响

摘 要:

以硝普钠(SNP)为一氧化氮供体, 研究 NO 及其清除剂 2- 苯基 -4,4,5,5- 四甲基咪唑啉 -1- 羟 -3- 氧(PTIO)影响月季瓶 插期间的生理指标和内源激素含量的结果表明: 0.1 mmol•L-1 SNP 释放的NO 抑制月季切花瓶插期间花瓣中内源乙烯释放 速率和 ABA 含量的升高, 延缓 IAA 含量的下降, 并保持组织中相对较低的 ZR 和 GA 水平。PTIO 则可促进花瓣中的乙烯、 ABA、ZR 和 GA 含量的升高和 IAA 含量的下降。

Effects of Exogenous Nitric Oxide on Endogenous Hormone Contents of Cutting Rose During Vase

Abstract:

Using sodium nitroprusside (SNP) as a nitric oxide (NO) doner and its scavenger 2-phenyl- 4,4,5,5-tetramethylimidazoline-1-oxyl-3-oxide (PTIO), the effects of nitric oxide treatment on physiological indexes and endogenous hormones (including ethylene, ABA, IAA, GA, ZR) of cut rose during vasing were studied. The results showed that NO released by 0.1 mmol·L-1 SNP aqueous solution inhibited the increase of endogenous ethylene production rate and ABA content, delayed the reduction of IAA content, maintained relative low levels of ZR and GA in petals of cut rose during vase. However, PTIO could stimulate both the increase of the ethylene production rate, ABA, ZR, GA contents and the decrease of IAA content.
